These sessions are intended to make executive directors and other operating leaders of non-profit organizations more comfortable with the risk evaluation and mitigation processes by tapping into the knowledge of non-profit peers as well as insurance and risk experts. The goal is to help augment your understanding to assist you in building frameworks to improve your organization, assist you with developing purposeful questions to ask of any risk consultants or insurance agencies you engage with and to help you identify additional resources that may already be available to you to improve your organization, but you just don't know about yet.
